Selects what dotnet test runs when global.json selects the Microsoft.Testing.Platform runner, see DotNet.testMTP. That runner takes the target through an option: the .NET SDK 10.0.100 rejects a project that is passed as the first argument. Only one of these targets can be given for a run.

Parameters:
    expression : string
    rootDirectory : string option

Test applications that are already built, selected by a file globbing expression such as **/bin/Release/net10.0/*.Tests.dll (--test-modules). The expression is resolved from the working directory, or from the given root directory (--root-directory). No project is evaluated for this target, therefore dotnet test rejects it together with MTPTestOptions.Configuration, MTPTestOptions.Framework, MTPTestOptions.Runtime, MTPTestOptions.Architecture and MTPTestOptions.OS.
