The diagnostic log that every Microsoft.Testing.Platform test application can write. It is turned on by setting MTPTestOptions.Diagnostic (--diagnostic); the test applications reject the other diagnostic options without it.

`FilePrefix` Full Usage: `FilePrefix` Field type: `string option`	The prefix of the names of the log files. Microsoft.Testing.Platform has this option since version 2.0. (`--diagnostic-file-prefix`) Field type: `string option`
`OutputDirectory` Full Usage: `OutputDirectory` Field type: `string option`	The directory of the log files, the test results directory when not set (`--diagnostic-output-directory`) Field type: `string option`
`SynchronousWrite` Full Usage: `SynchronousWrite` Field type: `bool`	Write the log synchronously, so that no entry is lost when the test application crashes. It slows the test run down. Microsoft.Testing.Platform has this option since version 2.0. (`--diagnostic-synchronous-write`) Field type: `bool`
`Verbosity` Full Usage: `Verbosity` Field type: `MTPDiagnosticVerbosity option`	The level of the log, Trace when not set (`--diagnostic-verbosity`) Field type: `MTPDiagnosticVerbosity option`
